WHO WE ARE — DATA CONTROLLER MadGoal is currently operated by its founder as an individual operator (the "Data Controller"). For the purposes of data protection law, MadGoal is the entity responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed. APPLICABLE LAW AND SCOPE This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by MadGoal in connection with the Service — including the MadGoal application, website, and all associated features, content, and functionalities. We process personal data in compliance with: ▪ Law No. 124/2024 of the Republic of Albania On the Protection of Personal Data (the "Albanian Data Protection Law") — our primary applicable data protection law; and ▪ Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") — applicable to the processing of personal data of Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or where otherwise required. Where both frameworks apply, we comply with whichever standard is more protective of your rights. 3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT 3.1 Data You Provide Directly When you use MadGoal, you may provide us with the following personal data: ▪ Registration data: your name, email address, username, date of birth, and password when you create an account. ▪ Profile data: any profile picture, display preferences, or optional profile information you choose to add. ▪ Payment data: billing information required to process Gem purchases or Subscription payments. This is handled directly by our payment processors — we do not store your full payment card details. ▪ Support and communications data: information you provide when contacting our support team, submitting a report, or making a complaint. ▪ User Content: posts, comments, predictions, and other content you submit to the platform. 3.2 Data We Collect Automatically When you use the Service, we automatically collect the following data: ▪ Device and technical data: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers. ▪ Usage data: features you access, predictions you submit, time spent in the app, click behaviour, and navigation patterns. ▪ Performance and diagnostic data: crash reports, error logs, and app performance metrics. ▪ Approximate location data: general geographic location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit permission. 3.3 Data We Receive From Third Parties We may receive personal data about you from: ▪ Social login providers (e.g., Google, Apple): if you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive only the data you authorise, typically your name and email address. ▪ Payment processors: confirmation of successful transactions, but not your full payment card details. ▪ Analytics providers: aggregated and anonymised behavioural data to help us understand Service usage. 4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA We use your personal data only for legitimate purposes directly related to providing and improving MadGoal. Specifically, we use your data to: ▪ create and manage your account and verify your identity and age; ▪ deliver the Service, including processing predictions, displaying Leaderboard rankings, and operating the virtual economy; ▪ process payments for Gem purchases and Subscriptions and maintain accurate billing records; ▪ power and improve our AI Systems — usage data may inform model improvement, always in anonymised or aggregated form unless you explicitly consent otherwise; ▪ provide customer support and respond to your enquiries, reports, and complaints; ▪ send you important service communications, including account notifications, security alerts, and policy updates; ▪ send you marketing communications where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time; ▪ detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms; ▪ monitor platform performance, fix technical issues, and improve the user experience; and ▪ comply with our legal obligations under applicable law. 5. LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING Under the Albanian Data Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for each way we process your personal data. Our lawful bases are as follows: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing your account data, delivering the Service, and handling your transactions — necessary to fulfil our agreement with you. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Record-keeping, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities under Albanian and applicable international law. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Platform security monitoring, abuse prevention, service improvement, and analytics — where our interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Sending optional marketing communications; placing non-essential cookies; and any other processing for which consent is specifically required. You can withdraw your consent at any time. 6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention periods are as follows: ▪ Account and profile data: retained for the lifetime of your active account, and for up to 3 years after account deletion — to enable legal compliance, dispute resolution, and audit purposes. ▪ Transaction and payment records: retained for up to 10 years as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping obligations under Albanian law. ▪ Support and communications data: retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction. ▪ Marketing consent records: retained for the duration of your consent and for up to 3 years thereafter as evidence of compliance. ▪ Anonymised or aggregated analytics data: may be retained indefinitely, as it no longer constitutes personal data. When a retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted, anonymised, or pseudonymised in accordance with applicable law. 7. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share personal data only where necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. 7.1 Third-Party Data Processors We engage the following categories of trusted third-party service providers, who act as our data processors under appropriate data processing agreements: ▪ Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — for secure hosting and storage of the platform and all User data. ▪ Payment processors — for the secure processing of Gem purchases and Subscription transactions. ▪ Analytics and performance monitoring providers — for understanding how the Service is used and identifying technical issues. ▪ Customer support and communication platforms — for managing support tickets, in-app notifications, and email communications. ▪ AI and machine learning infrastructure providers — for powering the AI Systems underlying Ask AI, Review My Picks, and Match of the Day. ▪ Marketing and email communication platforms — for delivering content to Users who have opted in. A current list of specific processors is available upon request by writing to info@madgoal.app. 7.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, or other public authorities where required by applicable Albanian law or in response to a valid legal order. 7.3 Business Transfers If MadGoal undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance where required by applicable law and will ensure that any successor entity continues to protect your data in accordance with this Policy. 7.4 Aggregated or Anonymised Data We may share aggregated or anonymised data that cannot reasonably identify any individual — such as general usage statistics — with partners or for research and reporting purposes. 8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS MadGoal's servers and some of our third-party service providers may be located outside Albania or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including: ▪ Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission — for transfers subject to the GDPR; ▪ Adequacy decisions — where the destination country has been recognised as providing adequate protection; or ▪ Other appropriate transfer mechanisms recognised under the Albanian Data Protection Law or GDPR. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES We use cookies and similar tracking technologies — including pixels, web beacons, and local storage — to operate and improve the Service. 9.1 Types of Cookies We Use ▪ Essential cookies: required for the Service to function correctly, including maintaining your login session, platform security, and core functionality. These cannot be disabled without impairing the Service. ▪ Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand how Users interact with MadGoal so we can improve the experience. ▪ Preference cookies: remember your settings, personalisation choices, and display preferences. ▪ Marketing cookies: used only where you have given express consent, to deliver relevant communications and measure their effectiveness. 9.2 Your Cookie Choices When you first access MadGoal, we will present you with a cookie consent notice. You can manage and update your preferences at any time through the in-app settings. A detailed Cookie Policy is available separately. 10. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS Under the Albanian Data Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by MadGoal: ▪ Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of it. ▪ Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. ▪ Right to erasure — right to be forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR): the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. ▪ Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): the right to request that we suspend processing of your data in certain defined circumstances. ▪ Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible. ▪ Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): the right to object to processing on the basis of legitimate interests. Where you object to direct marketing, we will cease that processing immediately. ▪ Rights related to automated decision-making (Art. 22 GDPR): where we make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you solely through automated means, you have the right to request human review. ▪ Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to info@madgoal.app. We will respond within 30 days, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with: ▪ The Information and Data Protection Commissioner of the Republic of Albania (Komisionar per te Drejten e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e te Dhenave Personale — IDPC); or ▪ The supervisory authority in your EU member state of habitual residence, if the GDPR applies to your situation. 11. DATA SECURITY We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our measures include: ▪ encryption of all data in transit using TLS/HTTPS and encryption of sensitive data at rest; ▪ strict access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only, on a need-to-know basis; ▪ regular security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing; ▪ documented incident response procedures for detecting, containing, and reporting data breaches; and ▪ contractual security requirements imposed on all third-party data processors. In the event of a personal data breach posing a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. Where required, we will also notify you directly without undue delay. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to keep your account credentials confidential. 12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY MadGoal is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from any person under the age of 18. Our age-gate mechanism at registration is designed to prevent minors from creating accounts. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account on MadGoal, please contact us immediately at info@madgoal.app. 13. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND YOUR PERSONAL DATA MadGoal's AI features are powered by machine learning systems that process football statistics, historical match data, and — where relevant — anonymised or aggregated User interaction patterns, in order to generate and improve the analytical outputs delivered through the Service. We do not use personally identifiable data to train our AI models without your explicit prior consent. Any usage data that informs AI model development is anonymised or aggregated before use and cannot be linked back to any individual User. AI-generated outputs — including predictions, match analyses, confidence scores, and risk indicators — are probabilistic and for entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment advice, or betting advice. No automated AI decision within MadGoal produces any legal or similarly significant effect on you without human oversight. 14. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Service may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or applications. This Privacy Policy applies only to MadGoal's own data processing activities. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review the relevant privacy policies of any third-party services you access. 15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, the Service, or applicable law. Where a change is material, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance via in-app notification or email to your registered address. The updated effective date will always appear prominently at the top of this document. Continued use of MadGoal after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised terms. 16. MADGOAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AI-Powered Football Analytics & Prediction Platform Version 1.0 — Effective Date: 17 February 2026 Operated by MadGoal (individual operator) Contact: info@madgoal.app IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the MadGoal platform. By creating an account, downloading the application, or engaging with any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. MadGoal is an entertainment and analytics platform — it is not a gambling or betting service and does not involve real money in any form. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. info@madgoal.app 1. DEFINITIONS In these Terms, the following capitalised expressions have the meanings set out below: "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies published by MadGoal and incorporated herein by reference, all as amended from time to time. "AI Content" means any analysis, prediction, confidence indicator, risk assessment, match summary, or other output generated fully or partially by the AI Systems, including outputs delivered through the Ask AI, Review My Picks, and Match of the Day features. "AI Systems" means the artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated data-processing technologies used by MadGoal to generate analytical content within the Service. "Albanian Data Protection Law" means Law No. 124/2024 of the Republic of Albania On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended or superseded from time to time. "Card Collection" means the virtual collectible card system within the Service, including packs, rarity tiers, seasonal albums, and associated mechanics. "Digital Content" means any data produced and supplied in digital form, including AI Content, Virtual Assets, subscription features, Card packs, and all other in-app features delivered digitally. "Gems" means the internal virtual currency of the MadGoal platform used exclusively to access AI-powered features, premium insights, and Card packs. Gems carry no monetary value whatsoever. "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, applicable where relevant to Users in the EEA. "MadGoal / we / us / our" means the operator of the MadGoal platform, as further identified in Section 20. "Points" means virtual scores awarded to Users within the Predictions System, contributing to Leaderboard rankings. Points carry no monetary value. "Predictions System" means the competitive score-based forecasting feature through which Users submit match outcome predictions and earn Points. "Service" means the MadGoal application, website, and all associated features, AI Systems, Digital Content, virtual economy elements, community tools, and functionalities. "Shards" means virtual items obtained by converting duplicate Cards, usable to unlock additional Cards or in-app content. Shards carry no monetary value. "Subscription" means a recurring paid access plan granting structured access to Service features and bonus Gems. "User / you" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Service. "User Content" means any material, text, image, comment, prediction, or other content submitted by a User to the Service. "Virtual Assets" means collectively, Gems, Shards, Points, Cards, badges, rankings, experience levels, and all other virtual items, rewards, and gamification elements within the Service — none of which have any monetary value. 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 2.1 Formation of Agreement These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between MadGoal and the User, formed upon the earliest of: (a) creating or activating a MadGoal account; (b) downloading or installing the MadGoal application; (c) accessing or using any feature of the Service; or (d) clicking any button or interface element that expressly accepts these Terms. 2.2 Amendments and Notice MadGoal may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, MadGoal will provide Users with a minimum of fifteen (15) days' advance written notice prior to the amendment taking effect, delivered by in-app notification and/or email to the registered account address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be stated prominently at the head of the document. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not accept an amendment must discontinue use of the Service and may request account deletion in accordance with Section 9.4. 2.3 Entire Agreement This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, negotiations, and understandings between the parties relating to the Service. Where the User accesses the Service on behalf of a legal entity, that individual warrants that they have full authority to bind that entity. 3. ELIGIBILITY, AGE RESTRICTION, AND RESPONSIBLE USE 3.1 Minimum Age — 18+ Age Gate MadGoal is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. MadGoal implements an age-gate confirmation at the point of account registration. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately close that account and delete all associated personal data without delay. 3.2 Additional Eligibility Conditions By using the Service you further represent and warrant that: ▪ you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement as a binding obligation; ▪ your use of MadGoal complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence; ▪ you are not subject to any trade sanctions, export restrictions, or embargoes that would prohibit your use of the Service; ▪ you have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from MadGoal; and ▪ if you are a professional athlete, referee, club official, or other individual subject to sporting integrity regulations, you have reviewed and complied with all applicable rules regarding the use of predictive or analytical platforms. 3.3 One Account Per Person Each person may hold only one active MadGoal account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — by any means — is not permitted and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3.4 Responsible Use Disclaimer MadGoal is an entertainment platform. Our AI-generated predictions and analysis are for fun and informational engagement — they are not financial advice, betting advice, or professional guidance of any kind. They should never be used as the basis for real-money gambling or financial decisions. If you or someone you know has concerns about gambling behaviour, please contact a qualified support organisation in your country. 3.5 Age Verification MadGoal reserves the right to require identity and age verification at any stage. Access may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Where MadGoal has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, all data associated with that account will be deleted without delay in compliance with applicable data protection law. 4. NATURE OF THE SERVICE — NOT GAMBLING, NOT FINANCIAL 4.1 Classification MadGoal is an AI-powered football analytics, gamified prediction, and social entertainment platform. It is classified exclusively as an informational, entertainment, and analytical service. It is not, in whole or in part, a gambling, betting, wagering, financial services, or regulated gaming service of any kind. 4.2 Exclusion from Gambling Law MadGoal does not fall within the definition of gambling, betting, or gaming activity under applicable law, including the gambling legislation of the Republic of Albania (Law No. 155/2015 On Gambling, as amended). To be completely clear, MadGoal: ▪ does not operate as a bookmaker, betting operator, betting exchange, casino, totalisator, or any other gambling entity; ▪ does not accept, hold, process, or pay out real-money wagers, stakes, bets, or financial deposits of any kind; ▪ does not guarantee, represent, or imply any financial return, profit, or cash prize in connection with the Service or any prediction; ▪ does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other form of regulated professional advice; ▪ does not operate any prize pool, jackpot, or structure involving real money or monetary equivalents; and ▪ does not permit the conversion, redemption, or encashment of Virtual Assets into real-world money, goods, or services under any circumstances. 4.3 No Bookmaker Links or Gambling Promotion MadGoal does not redirect Users to gambling operators or participate in gambling affiliate programmes. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing bookmaker links, betting affiliate content, online casino promotions, or any gambling-related promotional material within the Community Feed or any other feature of the Service. 4.4 Prohibited Marketing Language MadGoal and anyone acting on our behalf will never use — and we prohibit all Users from associating with our platform — language such as "guaranteed wins", "safe bets", "risk-free profit", "sure tips", or any substantially similar phrasing that implies certainty of financial gain from sports predictions. 4.5 User Responsibility for External Decisions If you independently choose to place bets or make financial decisions outside MadGoal based on content encountered within the Service, that decision is made entirely at your own risk. MadGoal expressly disclaims all responsibility for any such decisions and their consequences. 5. PLATFORM FEATURES 5.1 Ask AI Ask AI lets you query MadGoal's AI system for match analysis, team form assessments, and statistical insights. All responses are AI-generated and probabilistic. They are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute expert opinion, professional advice, or a factual determination of any outcome. 5.2 Review My Picks This feature provides an AI-generated risk commentary on a set of predictions you select. Like all AI Content on MadGoal, outputs are probabilistic and for entertainment only — not advice of any kind. 5.3 Match of the Day A premium feature delivering a detailed AI-generated analytical report on a selected match. Access may require Gems or an active Subscription. All reports constitute AI Content subject to Section 6. 5.4 Predictions System Submit match outcome forecasts and earn Points based on accuracy assessed against official final results. Points feed into Leaderboard rankings. Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted, redeemed, or transferred. 5.5 Leaderboards Seasonal and global rankings reflecting Users' accumulated Points. Leaderboard positions are a gamification feature for competitive enjoyment only — no financial reward of any kind is attached to any ranking. 5.6 Community Feed Post, comment, react, and follow other Users. Community interaction is subject to the conduct standards in Section 11. 5.7 Card Collection System Collect digital football-themed Cards organised by rarity tiers and seasonal albums. Cards are acquired through packs using Gems or earned through platform activity. All Cards are Virtual Assets — they have no monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the app. 5.8 Shards Economy Convert duplicate Cards into Shards and use Shards to unlock additional Cards or in-app content. Shards are Virtual Assets carrying no monetary value. 5.9 Reporting and Abuse Tools MadGoal provides in-app reporting tools to flag content or behaviour that may violate these Terms or applicable law. Reports can also be submitted to info@madgoal.app. We employ a combination of automated and human moderation to assess all reports. See Section 11 for full moderation provisions. 5.10 Feature Availability MadGoal does not guarantee continuous availability of any individual feature. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability. 6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE — WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 6.1 How Our AI Works MadGoal's AI Systems generate analytical outputs by processing historical football data, statistical models, and algorithmic inference. It is a sophisticated statistical engine built for entertainment and analytical engagement — not a predictive oracle. 6.2 Key Limitations ▪ AI Content is inherently probabilistic. It represents a statistical estimate, not a certainty, and has no direct bearing on actual match outcomes. ▪ AI Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or outdated information. ▪ Confidence scores and risk indicators are relative, model-specific metrics — not guarantees or real-world probability assessments. ▪ The same query may produce different outputs at different times. This is normal for probabilistic AI systems. ▪ AI Content is not financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, or any form of professional guidance. 6.3 No Liability for Reliance on AI Content You use AI Content entirely at your own discretion and risk. MadGoal accepts no liability for any decision made in reliance on AI Content. All AI Content is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. 6.4 AI System Updates We may update, retrain, modify, replace, or discontinue our AI Systems at any time and without prior notice. 7. VIRTUAL ASSETS — GEMS, SHARDS, POINTS, AND CARDS 7.1 No Real-World Value All Virtual Assets within MadGoal — including Gems, Shards, Points, Cards, badges, rankings, and experience levels — have absolutely no monetary value. They are features of an entertainment experience, not financial assets of any kind. 7.2 What Virtual Assets Cannot Do ▪ Virtual Assets cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or gifted to another User. ▪ Virtual Assets cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or converted into real money or any monetary equivalent. ▪ Virtual Assets cannot be traded on any secondary market or through any third-party platform. ▪ Virtual Assets do not represent any property right, financial instrument, security, or legal entitlement. ▪ Virtual Assets may be modified, reset, rebalanced, or removed by MadGoal at any time without compensation or prior notice. 7.3 Gems — Internal Virtual Currency Gems are MadGoal's internal virtual currency. You can acquire them through in-app purchase or through limited platform activities designated by us. Gems are used exclusively within the app to access AI features, premium content, and Card packs. All Gem purchases are final upon completion, subject to your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. 7.4 MadGoal's Right to Modify the Virtual Economy We reserve the right at any time to adjust, rebalance, introduce, retire, or discontinue any Virtual Asset, virtual economy mechanic, or reward structure. No claim for compensation shall arise from any such modification. 7.5 No Secondary Markets Attempting to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Assets through any external platform, marketplace, or third-party service is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction is null and void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which will result in immediate permanent account termination. 8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, GEM PURCHASES, AND PAYMENTS 8.1 Subscription Plans MadGoal offers optional recurring Subscription plans providing access to premium Service features and bonus Gems. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed on the in-app subscription page. 8.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By activating a Subscription, you authorise MadGoal or our designated payment processor to charge your payment method at the start of each new cycle. We will provide advance notice of renewal where required by applicable law. 8.3 How to Cancel You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your in-app account settings or by contacting info@madgoal.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused time within a paid billing cycle, except as required by mandatory applicable law. 8.4 Refund Policy Gem purchases and other Digital Content transactions are final and non-refundable upon completion, except where your applicable consumer protection law grants you a mandatory right to a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact info@madgoal.app and we will assess your request in good faith. 8.5 Digital Content — Right of Withdrawal When you purchase Gems, a Subscription, or other Digital Content, performance and delivery begin immediately upon completion of the transaction. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the Digital Content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may no longer apply once performance has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the law of your country of residence. 8.6 Price Changes We may adjust our prices at any time. If we change the price of your active Subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice. You may cancel your Subscription before the new price takes effect. 8.7 Taxes All prices displayed in the application are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges that may apply to their purchases in accordance with the tax laws and regulations of the Republic of Albania and any other jurisdiction applicable to the User. MadGoal may charge applicable taxes where required by Albanian law or any other applicable legal obligation. The applicable tax rate will be displayed at checkout where required. 8.8 Payment Processing All payments are handled by compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to your payment information being processed by our designated processors subject to their own security and privacy terms. 9. YOUR ACCOUNT 9.1 Creating an Account To access most features of MadGoal, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Registering with false identity, another person's identity, or automated means is not permitted. 9.2 Keeping Your Account Secure Your account is your responsibility. Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your login with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at info@madgoal.app. MadGoal is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. 9.3 Suspension and Termination by MadGoal We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — if we reasonably determine or suspect that you have violated these Terms or applicable law; provided false information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; created multiple accounts; or posed a security risk to the platform or other Users. Serious breaches result in immediate permanent termination. Closure for cause results in the permanent and irrecoverable forfeiture of all associated Virtual Assets and account data. 9.4 Closing Your Account You may close your account at any time through the in-app settings or by writing to info@madgoal.app. Account closure results in the permanent and irreversible deletion of all your Virtual Assets, Points, Cards, and progress. This action cannot be undone. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 10.1 MadGoal's Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in and to the Service — including the MadGoal name, logo, software, source code, AI models and training data, algorithms, databases, design elements, Card artwork, features, and all associated content ("MadGoal IP") — are the exclusive property of MadGoal or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in MadGoal IP to you. 10.2 Your Licence to Use the Service Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MadGoal grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence ends immediately if your account is closed for any reason. 10.3 What You May Not Do You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce any element of MadGoal IP; reverse engineer or extract our software or AI models; use automated tools or bots to access the Service; or use any element of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 10.4 Your Content By posting User Content on MadGoal, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and irrevocable licence to use, display, distribute, and adapt that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You confirm you hold all necessary rights to post it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. 10.5 Feedback Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send us may be used freely by MadGoal without any obligation of compensation or acknowledgement to you. 10.6 Third-Party Content Certain content accessible through the Service — including football competition logos, club badges, and match data — may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. MadGoal uses such content under licence. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any third-party content accessible through the Service. 11. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND CONTENT MODERATION 11.1 How We Expect You to Behave MadGoal is a community for football fans. We expect all Users to engage respectfully, lawfully, and in good faith — with both the platform and with other Users. 11.2 Prohibited Conduct You must not, and must not encourage others to: ▪ submit or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or obscene; ▪ share bookmaker links, betting affiliate links, gambling promotional content, or links to online casinos or wagering platforms; ▪ use language suggesting guaranteed financial gains from predictions, including "guaranteed wins", "safe bets", "risk-free tips", or any substantially similar phrasing; ▪ cheat, exploit bugs or glitches, or manipulate the Predictions System, Leaderboards, or any competitive feature; ▪ impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; ▪ send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or chain messages; ▪ introduce or attempt to introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful or disruptive code; ▪ attempt to gain unauthorised access to MadGoal's systems or any other User's account; ▪ use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or ▪ circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control feature of the Service. 11.3 Automated Moderation MadGoal uses automated content moderation tools to detect prohibited content, including gambling-related links and prohibited language. Automated systems may act on content before human review in cases of clear violations. We maintain a human review and appeals process for contested decisions. 11.4 Human Review and Appeals Our moderation team conducts human review of reported content and contested automated decisions. If you believe your content was incorrectly removed or your account incorrectly restricted, you may appeal by writing to info@madgoal.app with the subject "Moderation Appeal". We will review all appeals fairly and respond within a reasonable time. 11.5 Consequences of Violations Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may remove content, issue warnings, apply temporary restrictions, or permanently close your account. Immediate permanent termination applies to illegal activity, fraud, sharing of gambling content, and repeated serious breaches. 12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, APIs, and data providers. MadGoal has no control over these third parties and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or legal compliance. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies, not ours. Football statistics, match data, and related information used in our AI Systems may be sourced from licensed third-party data providers. We do not independently verify the accuracy or timeliness of all such data and disclaim liability for any errors or omissions in third-party inputs. 13. DISCLAIMERS MadGoal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MadGoal disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI Content, or preservation of Virtual Assets. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes any warranty rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law, which remain fully intact. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 14.1 What We Are Not Liable For To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MadGoal is not liable under any legal theory for any of the following: ▪ financial losses, lost profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of revenue of any kind; ▪ loss of, or damage to, data, Virtual Assets, account progress, or information; ▪ indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; ▪ any decision you make in reliance on AI Content; ▪ service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors; ▪ unauthorised access to or modification of your account or data; or ▪ the conduct of other Users or third parties in connection with the Service. 14.2 Financial Liability Cap To the extent permitted by applicable law, for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, MadGoal's total cumulative liability shall not exceed 50 EUR (fifty euros). This cap applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise. 14.3 Mandatory Consumer Protections Nothing in this Section limits MadGoal's liability for: death or personal injury caused by MadGoal's proven negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including your statutory consumer rights. These rights remain fully intact. 14.4 Essential Basis of the Agreement The limitations and exclusions in this Section reflect a fair allocation of risk between the parties and form an essential basis of the agreement between MadGoal and you. MadGoal could not offer the Service on these terms without these limitations in place. 15. INDEMNIFICATION If MadGoal incurs any loss, damage, legal claim, or expense — including reasonable legal costs — as a direct result of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service, you agree to compensate MadGoal for that loss. We will provide you with reasonable notice before pursuing any such claim and will act reasonably in how we approach it. 16. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES We aim to keep MadGoal running reliably, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, push updates, or remove features at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will notify Users with reasonable advance notice and will address any outstanding purchased Gem balances in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection law. MadGoal shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, or the failure of third-party service providers. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable. 17. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY MadGoal is committed to protecting your personal data. Our full data protection practices — including what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, your rights, and how to exercise them — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which is a separate document forming an integral part of this Agreement. We process personal data in compliance with Albanian Law No. 124/2024 On the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 18.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Albanian law applies as the primary governing law for all matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the User's country of habitual residence that continue to apply alongside Albanian law. 18.2 Jurisdiction Subject to Section 18.3 below, the parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of Tirana, Republic of Albania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, including as to their existence, validity, or termination. 18.3 Consumer Rights Carve-Out Nothing in these Terms prevents any User who qualifies as a consumer under applicable law from bringing proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence, or from invoking any mandatory consumer rights available under the law of that country. EU-resident consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Albanian consumers may contact the Albanian Consumer Protection Authority. 18.4 Good Faith Resolution First Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, please contact us at info@madgoal.app and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter together in good faith. We take all user concerns seriously and will engage constructively with any legitimate complaint. 19. GENERAL PROVISIONS 19.1 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum necessary extent or severed. All remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 19.2 No Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it at a later date. 19.3 Assignment You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. MadGoal may assign or transfer its rights and obligations — for example in connection with a business acquisition — without your consent, subject to applicable mandatory law. 19.4 Compliance with Local Laws You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of MadGoal complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. MadGoal makes no representation that the Service is available or lawful in all territories. 19.5 Export Control Compliance You confirm that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service. 19.6 Language Precedence These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law. 19.7 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MadGoal with respect to the Service and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter. 19.8 Relationship of the Parties Nothing in these Terms creates, or shall be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between MadGoal and you. 20. OPERATOR IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT MadGoal is currently operated by its founder as an individual operator.
